We've been in Ontario for about 2 months now, Gabe has started school and is in Kindergarten, (primary in Nova Scotia terms lol) he's been getting "not-so positive" reviews back from his teacher (who by the way is wonderful...so far so good) about aggressive behaviors with other children ie; hitting, spitting, blowing in classmate's faces and the occasional yell here and there. We are familiar with Gabe's shouting and hitting, not however with the spitting. The blowing is from what he and I do with each other, he'll sit on my lap and I'll blow in his face. He finds that funny; so it's apparent I need to explain to him the guidelines.
Gabe is coming home and his lunch will not be eaten, he is distracted very easily and eats slow, so with no one there to encourage him to eat up his lunch many times he doesn't eat anything. NOT GOOD!!!
Food is an issue for Gabe as he's on the GFCF diet (Gluten free & Casein Free) so he's limited in what he can have during school hours and to top that the school is peanut and egg free!! Wow raw veggies and fruit here we come!!!!
Gabriel needs the attention of an EA in the classroom to keep him on track, cool headed, well nourished and excited about the days learning schedule. So at this point I'm on the hunt to get this implemented asap!! Not having any connections could prove to be difficult, but I'm determined.

I am praying for an EA for Gabe to be provided quickly. No delays!
